About billing
How does yearly billing work? + −
Yearly plans are billed once up front (Pro $46.9; Max at the early-bird price $94.9, and early-bird users keep renewing at $94.9), then renew annually. You get an email reminder before each renewal, and you can turn off auto-renewal in Settings at any time.
Can I cancel anytime? Do I get a refund? + −
Yes — one click in Settings, no retention hoops. After cancelling you will not be charged again, and your paid period runs to its end. See the Terms for the refund policy, or contact us for special cases.
What happens when I use up the free quota? + −
No surprise charges, no silent downgrades. When you hit the limit, transcription pauses with a clear notice. Wait for next month's reset, top up by the minute, or upgrade to Pro / Max.
Does unused quota roll over to the next month? + −
Subscription quota resets monthly and does not roll over. If your usage swings a lot, pick a lower tier and top up past it by the minute — top-up credit never expires.
How do upgrades and downgrades work? + −
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the remaining time prorated against the price difference — you never pay twice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your current quota until then.
Is there a business plan? Can I self-host? + −
